We specialize in infrastructure improvement projects involving roadway improvements, stormwater, water quality, and traffic management. HDJ’s senior construction project management staff has many years of combined experience in public and private project management and construction inspection. We have established long-standing relationships with many local, state, and federal agencies and possess an intimate understanding of the construction documentation process.

HDJ has managed and inspected construction projects for public agencies and cities throughout the Southwest Washington/Portland Metropolitan area. We have also provided on-call construction inspection services for Clark County and the City of Vancouver, Washington and the City of Sherwood, Oregon.
